TThis authorisation permits:
- Collection of all relevant data to assist in contract analysis.
- Negotiation of contract prices.
- Informing current suppliers of intention to seek competitive tenders.
- Submitting notice of intent to terminate current contracts.
- Access to Supplier online systems to enable site detail verification and problem resolution on behalf of client.
TThis authorisation does not permit:
- Use of client information by Direct Power and UK Suppliers for any purpose other than tendering. Information will remain commercially confidential during this process and thereafter.
- Acceptance of contracts on our behalf.
